I’ve had the car for just over a week, everything seems to be fine. Overall, experience was very pleasant and both people I interacted with seemed very helpful and made the experience easy. They were accommodating when it came to payment and collection and car was when I came for collection looked really good and clean. Bought a Vauxhall Zafira Tourer from here recently and have been really impressed with their customer service. I was struggling to find a car dealer that was honest and didn't pressure you while browsing. MK Car Sales are that garage! We were able to inspect the car by ourselves with no pressure from Jim and the other staff who stayed inside, and then we were also allowed to test drive on our own. This all makes it so much easier to make a judgement about a vehicle. There was also no hard selling of the warranty, although I did choose to take out an extended one. Over the first couple of weeks, the car developed a sticky clutch, so I emailed MK Cars and Kevin phoned me within a couple of minutes. I was directed to the garage they use in Bletchley and the whole process of repair was straightforward at no expense to me. I've had trouble with dealers in the past who are not interested as soon as the car leaves their forecourt, but these guys have been great. I even took my Mother-In-Law back with me and she has purchased her own vehicle which she is very happy with too. I will recommend MK Cars to any friends and family that are looking to buy a used car as it is quite a minefield out there trying to find reliable and trustworthy car dealers! Thank you!
